About Tom: Tom Patros is an Evangelist with NimbleUser. His experience in web technologies, information architecture, and content best practices provide him with knowledge to understand and assist both developers and clients, while his experience managing projects leads the team into an even deeper customer-focused efficiency.

AT THE EXHIBITOR BREAK:
Julie Tracz, Account Executive, works with both new and exisiting customers. In her work with NimbleUser's customers, Julie's goal is to be a resource. This may come in the formof assisting with budget preparations, providing insight and guidance for strategic planning, acting as a sounding board for ideas, assisting with enhancing or modifying a current project or crafting solutions for new projects. Julie helps to identify potential new clients and works with them to craft a solution that will best meet their needs, timeline and budget.
Prior to NimbleUser, Julie worked for the Sisters of Mercy, Rochester Regional Community for over 8 years in the Development Office. She was in charge of the donor database, the annual appeal and several special events. Her time with the Sisters of Mercy provided great insight on non-profit organizations and the fundraising profession.
