My Story: A look at NimbleUser Customer Success Stories
The Ad Council of Rochester: Salesforce.com Implementation
"Chaos and busy work. That was our situation with the systems we had to manage our volunteers and donors. None of our systems were connected, intuitive or user friendly so data started living in Excel spreadsheets. I became an Excel wizard and each new initiative and communication effort meant another spreadsheet. It became a huge mess.
Our data was being held hostage. NimbleUser opened our eyes to using Salesforce to organize and manage our data as well as automate our processes. Now we cannot believe we ever lived without it. Since the implementation, our efficiency has improved exponentially. NimbleUser brought game-changing value to Salesforce through their knowledge, configuration and training. They helped us see what was possible and then made it happen."

The City of Rochester: Website Makeover & Information Architecture Overhaul
"Reigning in the City of Rochester's varied needs for providing public information and unifying least 30 different city-affiliated websites into a single cohesive web presence was no easy feat. With Mayor Robert J. Duffy's support to create a new site to serve our citizens, we developed a plan that would give voice to every department through representative Web Coordinators. Through the adoption of a CMS and training, our departments are now able to upload and update content so the site remains dynamic, up to date and relevant. With NimbleUser's guidance and its bold approach to Information Architecture we organized more than 700 pages of content into a searchable and functional context. Today the City of Rochester website makes it easy for citizens to access services and information. NimbleUser helped us to understand the value of using information architecture to create, and more importantly, maintain a site that is useful to the citizens of Rochester and beyond."
