As CEO, Dawn leads NimbleUser operations and crafts the company strategy. Dawn ensures that the right resources are available to the team to deliver against the company objectives. She works with clients and partners to align our product strategy with their goals.
Dawn's past experience includes working at both Eastman Kodak and the American Heart Association. Dawn received her BS in Mathematical Economics from the State University of New York at Oswego. Outside of work Dawn enjoys being with her family, camping, Airstream Campers, hockey and being outside.
CCO & Founder
Sig founded NimbleUser in 1992. Since then the company has grown significantly.
As Chief Customer Officer, Sig's primary focus is on the delivery of an outstanding experience to NimbleUser's customers.
Sig's past experience includes working as a Software Developer with Eastman Kodak. Sig received his BS in Computer Science from Mount Union College. Sig enjoys interacting with customers, spending time with his family, camping, Airstream trailers, fitness and hockey.

Joe serves as president and in that role leads our sales and marketing, services and customer success, and product management and development teams. He has a strong track record of empowering associations to adopt new technologies. This experience provides the perspective to drive innovation for our customers in both our service delivery and product.
Joe has worn many hats in the non-profit and technology world. He has a BS in Management Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Joe is an engineer by schooling, an accountant by practice, and a technologist at heart. Previously Joe has worked for the accounting firm of PwC, served as the CFO of one of the largest social fraternities, and sold and implemented AMSs for dozens of membership organizations and trade associations.
Director, Product Delivery
As Director of Product Delivery for NimbleUser, Matt is guiding the delivery of Nimble AMS, an Association Management System built on Salesforce.com. Having over 16 years of experience in web-related technology, Matt started his career as a developer with a web and database focus and moved into project management and consulting. In his free time, Matt loves spending time with his wife and two young kids. He enjoys hockey, soccer, golf, the outdoors (except Adirondack black flies), technology and helping people use it to make their lives better.

Director, Product Management
As the Director of Product Management at NimbleUser, Jeff is responsible for balancing the company goals and objects with the long term industry trends and opportunities of our product, Nimble AMS. He is blending business and technical savvy with the art of collaboration and communication along with painting the big-picture vision and making that vision a reality. Jeff manages a dynamic and engaging team of product evangelists (product managers, coordinators, and other team members) that help translate our product vision and roadmap to the various seasonal releases of Nimble AMS. Everyone on his team incorporates the voice of the customer through everything they do. Jeff’s ultimate goal is to formulate and develop new features and functions in Nimble AMS that solve the problems and needs for our customers today and in the future. He enjoys the ride everyday at NimbleUser!
Prior to NimbleUser, Jeff worked as the Accounting and Information Systems Manager with the American Financial Services Association and also as the Training Manager with Advanced Solutions International (the developers of iMIS).
Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, living an active life by swimming, volleyball, hiking, and doing P90X, cooking and baking (ask him about his famous chocolate chip banana bread), and traveling the globe.

Director, Client Services
As Director of Client Services for NimbleUser, Derek focuses on initiatives and efficiencies spanning across the Consulting Services, Solution Architecture, and Customer Success Teams. Before learning to live the Nimble Life, Derek worked in a variety of vertical industries including manufacturing, wholesale telecommunications, and information technology consulting.
Outside of work, Derek enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and participating in activities such as fishing (rarely catching), geocaching (sometimes finding), and various home projects (mostly finishing). Beyond home and work, Derek serves as Executive Director of the Technology Executive Network of Western New York and also participates in many initiatives of Rotary International through the Pen-Web Rotary Club, where he is a founding member.
Director, Product Architecture
As Director of Product Architecture and Development, Noel is responsible for the architecture and development of Nimble AMS. He also provides leadership with the technical solutions developed for client implementations, ensuring they stay upgradable. Noel brings more than 23 years of building software to NimbleUser, including over 12 years in the association management software space. He prides himself on his ability to understand the core purpose of his clients and ensure that their goals are achieved with the appropriate use of flexible technology and efficient architecture.
When Noel is not working to make clients nimble, he is an avid follower of TED and enjoys intelligent conversations and exploring new ideas to improve life in general. He also loves to play tennis and travel whenever he can.
Director, Product Strategy
As Director of Product Strategy, Dan is making sure the end product not only works the way it should, but also creates a friendly user experience. He has 25 years of Association Management experience, including more than 10 years as an Executive Director. He also ran his own consulting business helping associations leverage emerging technologies. In his free time, Dan enjoys landscaping, golf, camping and spending time with his family.
As a Senior Consultant for NimbleUser, Cathy is responsible for conducting AMS business requirement analysis, project management, ongoing support/maintenance and end-user/admin training. Cathy has over 15 years of experience working with associations and non-profits to implement AMS systems. Before coming to NimbleUser, Cathy was a Senior Consultant with an AMS provider. She also ran her own iMIS consulting practice for 10 years and was a 2009 Chairman’s Circle award winner. Cathy loves her two furry creatures (1 dog, 1 cat) and enjoys hiking, camping and following the San Francisco Giants.
Manager of Customer Engagement
As Manager of Customer Engagement for NimbleUser, Julie's works with both potential and current clients to ensure client satisfaction and to understand their present and future needs. Having worked on both in sales and consulting at NimbleUser, Julie is able to help clients scope out potential projects and make recommendations to fit their needs. Julie's past experience includes working for the Sisters of Mercy, Rochester Regional Community for over 8 years in the Development Office where she was in charge of the donor database, the annual appeal and several special events. Her time with the Sisters of Mercy provided great insight on non-profit organizations and the fundraising profession. Outside of work Julie enjoys being a mom to her three daughters & son, spending time with her family and friends, being outside, playing volleyball and photography.
As Senior Consultant, Adam is all about Nimble AMS. You could say Adam’s focus is soup to nuts on Nimble AMS implementations. He engages with clients early on during the orientation and pre-work phases so he understands their needs and their business process. This tees Adam up for a very close working relationship with the clients when Nimble AMS is configured and tailored to their unique needs. And the relationship does not end when the project ends. Adam helps transition clients to ongoing support where he is often called up because of his expertise and his knowledge of the clients. His number one objective across the board is to give the client the most enjoyable experience possible when implementing Nimble AMS.
Prior to joining NimbleUser, Adam received an AAS in Computer Information Systems from SUNY School of Technology at Alfred and a BA in English Literature from SUNY New Paltz.
When not implementing Nimble AMS, Adam enjoys rock climbing, cycling (pedal and motored), and anything else that requires running or balancing. He often tries to blend these activities when he is traveling for work. So don’t be surprised if he asked about rock climbing locations or a climbing gym in your area.
As a Release Engineer for Nimble AMS, Ted draws on over twenty years of experience in designing, developing and deploying business applications to keep the Nimble AMS product in a "release ready state". Ted continually improves internal processes and ensures that all new features and fixes are thoroughly tested, documented, and ready for prime time. He has written four books on unit testing and web development, and often speaks at national conferences on those subjects, including Dreamforce. Locally, Ted serves as VP of Finance for the Rochester Chapter of the International Institute for Business Analysis (IIBA). He also enjoys weekend roadtrips, long walks, audio books, WBER, and cloudy days.
Senior Software Engineer
Craig is a multi-faceted developer who specializes in front-end engineering and user experience, but brings a solid foundation of back end development and integration. Craig's keen eye for what works and his depth of knowledge around best practices in development and design prove invaluable. Craig received his BS in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In his free time, Craig also enjoys chess, photography, gaming, science fiction and music.
Senior Software Engineer
Jeff Hube is a Senior Software Engineer for NimbleUser which includes .NET development and Salesforce development. Jeff worked previously for Johnson & Johnson "Ortho Clinical Diagnostics", doing Software Development during a co-op, and has a Bachelor's Degree from RIT in Game Design & Development, with a minor in Computer Science. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys game/graphics programming, soccer, and reading.
Senior Software Engineer
As a Senior Software Engineer, Matt focuses on Nimble AMS Service delivery. He works with clients to configure and customize Nimble AMS based on their unique needs. This ranges from building custom conference submission wizards, to designing custom accounting exports, to building custom tools that automate the annual renewal process.
Matt started at NimbleUser in 2010 as a co-op and went on as a full time staffer in 2012. Matt graduated from RIT with a BS in Information Technology.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys cooking, playing frisbee, watching movies, and experimenting with new types of development.
Manager of Customer Success
As NimbleUser's Manager of Customer Success, Dave performs a large variety of functions including managing NimbleUsers Hosting Facility, Systems within the NimbleUser Office, as well as providing award winning support/services to NimbleUsers clients and internal staff. Prior to NimbleUser, Dave received his BS in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He has had a passion for customer service in various roles over the years, starting early in his career. In his free time, Dave enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, taking cruises, roller-blading, movies, music and people watching.
Robert Forte is the Systems Administrator for NimbleUser. He fixes and troubleshoots computer issues, assists in handling of Client related support cases, documents work being done and updates documentation for equipment. He received his Associates degree in Applied Science from Onondaga Community College then transferred to Rochester Institute of Technology where he received his Bachelors degree in Information Technology. Robert also worked in the IT department for a small company in Connecticut prior to coming to NimbleUser. In his spare time he enjoys camping, canoeing & spending time with family and friends.
As an Account Executive for NimbleUser, Joe helps organizations find solutions to that help clients achieve their goals. Joe works with both potential and existing customers to understand the higher level strategic objectives and to propose a solution that works for the organization's timeline, budget and unique needs. Joe's past experience includes working at a software provider in the Washington DC metropolitan area for almost 9 years and providing accounting software solutions.Outside of work Joe enjoys golfing, fishing, and watching most college and pro sports.
As Marketing Manager, Beth manages the planning, execution & implementation of marketing programs and initiatives including events and company communications. Prior to NimbleUser, Beth worked in advertising for CVS/Pharmacy headquarters and in HR at Wegmans Food Markets. Beth received her MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and her BS in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo. She enjoys going on walks with her husband, son and yellow lab, Rocky.
As the Operations Coordinator for NimbleUser, Diana handles the bookkeeping for the company. In her free time, Diana enjoys knitting and reading.
Software QA Tester
Shereen works as the Software QA Tester with NimbleUser. She assists with coordination of support cases alongside the NimbleUser Support Team. Shereen is currently pursuing a Computer Systems Technology degree. She has a passion for Birds of Prey, camping, hiking and creating vegan recipes.
Senior Technical Support Analyst
Mike Baszto joined our NimbleUser support team while finishing his Bachelor in Information Technology at Rochester Institute of Technology. As a Senior Technical Support Analyst, his primary focus is on handling client related support cases. His passion and experience with customer service only complement the award winning support and services for NimbleUser’s clients. Prior to NimbleUser, Mike worked as a Systems Administrator for a manufacturing company in New York. In his spare time, Mike is an avid techie, foodie, and loves to play just about any kind of game!
As Technical Consultant, Nigel focuses on Nimble AMS Service delivery. He works with clients to configure and customize Nimble AMS based on their unique needs. This ranges from building custom conference submission wizards, to designing custom accounting exports, to building custom tools that automate the annual renewal process.
Nigel's past experience includes ten years working as the "IT Guy" for three associations: Egale Canada (a lobby group), the Canadian Psychological Association, and the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (both professional associations). Through this experience working "on the client side" he knows exactly what you're going through when you decide that it's time for a new AMS.
Nigel received his BMath in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
Outside of work, Nigel enjoys world travel (especially to emerging conflict zones), and he enjoys camping (like everyone at NimbleUser).
As the Marketing Coordinator, Courtney assists with trade show coordination and logistics, planning our annual customer conference, and social media and website updates. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a BS in Fashion and Textile Brand Management and Marketing. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys going on trips, trying new restaurants, and taking aerial silks classes.
As the Content Strategist for NimbleUser, Matt works to generate the highest value from content we expose to our customers by bringing all customer touchpoints together in one place where our customers can connect with content, Nimblers, and each other.
On any given week, you may find him reviewing product documentation, interacting in NimbleLand, researching new tools and techniques, creating media content, or nitpicking the name of something. Words matter.
Matt is relentless in his pursuit of customer experience because, honestly, things should work well. Everything about our customer's interaction with NimbleUser should be as clever as we all are. The things we make and the things we say should be honest, relatable, and just plain fun. With technical understanding, empathy, and a genuine love for our customers, Matt is focused on connecting our very nimble users in new ways.
Senior Software Engineer
As a Senior Software Engineer on the product team, Cody is a strong advocate of user experience. Cody holds a Bachelors in Computer Science from SUNY Brockport, but his passion for web technologies and empathy for the user are self taught. Outside NimbleUser, you can find him dabbling with other computer or music-related hobbies. He once played a sousaphone on stage in front of 40,000 people. No big deal.
As a consultant for NimbleUser, Janelle works closely with clients from start to finish on Nimble AMS implementation. She listens to client’s needs, providing ongoing support in order to make their transition a pleasant experience. Janelle graduated with her Masters in Communication Studies from SUNY Brockport. Outside of Nimble, Janelle enjoys time with her family and friends, the outdoors, and diving into a good book.
As a NimbleUser Project Manager, Peter cherishes the opportunity to bring nimbleness to our valued customers and his fellow teammates alike. His business acumen and customer service tenets organize and channel team efforts with the ultimate goal of total client satisfaction as a shared focus. Peter brings 18 years of experience to NimbleUser including successful project management in the areas of finance, higher education and technology training. His solution development and communication skills aim to keep projects on track and on time.
When Peter isn't making customers and coworkers more nimble, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Peter can also be found performing anthems for Major League Baseball as a featured performer.
Senior Technical Consultant
As a consultant for NimbleUser, Rachel works closely with clients from start to finish on Nimble AMS implementation. Rachel graduated with an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management and a BS in Marketing, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Before NimbleUser, she spent five years working on process improvement projects in the manufacturing world. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys running, traveling and spending time with her husband and Shiba Inu.
Mark helps prospective customers envision a more nimble business using Nimble AMS technology. He uses his background in business analysis and technical consulting to deeply understand what each prospective customer needs. He then taps into his software training experience to guide customers through the Nimble solution!
Mark loves music, movies, mixology, gaming, world travel, and keeping up on the latest tech news and gadgets. He trains in Krav Maga (his friends call it Batman training) and is a little nutty about nutrition and fitness, though it won't stop him from digging into popular dishes when dining out. He appreciates balance in life and approaches each day with continuous growth and overall nimbleness in mind.
Senior Engineer in Test
As a Senior Consultant for NimbleUser, Mollie works closely with clients from start to finish on Nimble AMS implementations. Prior to her time at NimbleUser, Mollie spent over 5 years implementing software solutions in the energy industry. She graduated with a BS in Marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego. In her free time, Mollie enjoys watching documentaries, cooking, and being outside.
Manager of Consulting Services
Todd works as Manager of Consulting Services at NimbleUser and leads our consulting team, working closely with clients on Nimble AMS implementations. Prior to joining the NimbleUser team, Todd was focused on managing and providing commercialization assistance services and support to innovative high tech companies through contracts with various government agencies including the National Science Foundation, US Navy, Department of Homeland Security, National Institutes of Health, and Environmental Protection Agency. Over the last 10 years, he has consulted with more than 250 high tech companies and as a program manager, was responsible for managing the Department of Energy’s Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase II Commercialization Assistance Program that provided assistance to more than 150 small high-tech companies and delivered more than 350 services per year.
Outside of work, Todd enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor adventures, live music, playing drums and cooking for family and friends.
Eric is a Technical Consultant on the Services team. He is an RIT graduate with a passion for agile methodologies, software architecture, and software patterns. At RIT, Eric had hands-on experience with a lot of diverse projects covering everything from usability to cryptography. Eric tries to balance his free time, which never seems to be enough, between his many different hobbies, most notably board games, card games, and camping.
Cesar is a Software Engineer working on the product team. He holds a Systems Engineering degree from INTEC in the Dominican Republic and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Human-Computer Interaction at RIT. His prior experiences include writing and designing web applications and mobile apps.
Cesar has a passion for User Experience and making software not only look good, but also feel right. Outside of work he follows the Cubs with a passion and can't wait until they finally get that World Series championship.
Data & Reports Specialist
As a Data and Reports Specialist, Jim's primary focus is handling data conversions and data related support cases. Prior to joining NimbleUser, Jim had spent the last few years providing data analytics and database administration services for large financial institutions and insurance companies.
By day, Jim masquerades as a mild-mannered data and reporting specialist helping to connect NimbleUser's clients with their own information. By night, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, composing music, playing soccer and traveling.
Technical Support Rep
As a Technical Support Rep, Matt handles client related support cases. Prior to coming to NimbleUser, Matt was Salesforce Premier Support working with companies large and small to help troubleshoot issues they experienced and customizing their Organizations to match business processes that they had in place. Matt graduated from Le Moyne College with a BS in Biology. In his free time, he enjoys a large range of things, from playing video games, to cooking recipes from 100 year old cookbooks and knitting and crocheting.
Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, Deanna brings 20 years of IT project management and CRM expertise to NimbleUser's team. Deanna's experience includes many implementations of varied CRM platforms, across multiple lines of business, both domestically and internationally. Her favorite part of being a project manager is the opportunity to align people with their strengths in order for the project team to cross the finish line together...on time! When not leading project teams, Deanna loves to cook, bake, decorate, and spend time with her three daughters and husband.
Product Release Manager
Eliza is the Software Release Manager on the product team’s Kaizen squad. She is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Developer. Before NimbleUser, she has worn many hats including Marketing Manager and Application Analyst. Eliza graduated from RIT with a B.S. in Marketing and Minor in Music. Now, she lives and works in Philadelphia, PA. She is a classically trained opera singer and in her spare time enjoys cooking, reading, and sailing.
One of NimbleUser’s Account Executives, Rob is passionate about helping organizations be more productive and happier using their technology. Whether he is on the phone or engaged with prospective clients at a tradeshow, his focus is finding solutions that align with an organizations unique needs, timeline and budget. Prior to living the nimble life, Rob worked for a Salesforce.com consulting company, and as a sales manager and consultant providing hardware and software solutions for businesses and organizations of all sizes.
In his free time, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, traveling and live music. He has lots of hobbies from gaming to gardening, and is always starting and occasionally finishing home improvement projects.
As a senior project manager and Scrum Master, Dave has 28 years of experience as an IT leader and project manager as well as being an Agile coach and Scrum Master. Dave has worked with large and small companies and is an innovative leader in the areas of infrastructure services, email/collaboration services and application/web development. Working primarily in automotive and entertainment markets, he has worked on such projects as a large scale data center migration project, a global implementation of email and collaboration tools and has been involved in Agile transformations for many companies. When not working as a project manager, Dave loves playing guitar and spending time with his wife.
As Technical Consultant, Nathan focuses on Nimble AMS Service delivery. He works with clients to configure and customize Nimble AMS based on their unique needs. This ranges from building tools for implementing third party integrations to creating seamless Single Sign On experiences for our clients.
Nathan is a student at RIT working towards his BS in Computer Science with a concentration in Virtual Reality and Experiential Learning. Nathan trains in the martial arts and continually works toward applying eastern philosophy to his everyday life. As an Account Executive for NimbleUser, Logan gets energy from having conversations and creating that “Wow!” moment. The most important thing to him is enriching the lives of our users with the amazing possibilities that come with Nimble AMS.
Logan graduated with a BS in Marketing from Alfred University. Prior to becoming Nimble, Logan was an Account Manager at Apple assisting organizations, companies, and people implement solutions to help make all aspects of their lives easier.
Outside of work, Logan enjoys traveling and going out to dinner with his girlfriend. He also loves spending time with his two cray Boston Terriers, Oscar and Louie, who never seem to stop playing. His favorite thing about living in this area is being able to attend Buffalo Bills football and Buffalo Sabres hockey games for the atmosphere and Western New York camaraderie! (Photo coming soon!)
As Administrative Assistant, Karyn keeps things running smoothly at NimbleUser. Karyn brings years of administrative expertise from her experience at the University of Rochester and the Victor Central School District. She earned a BA in Sociology from Nazareth College.
In her free time, Karyn loves spending time with her husband and three children, playing with her crazy dog, baking, reading, and binge-watching Netflix. She is also the President of the Victor Varsity Softball Booster Club. (Photo coming soon!)
As a Technical Consultant, Mimi configures Nimble AMS for clients to ensure their success. Mimi earned her BS in Computer Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2015. Her past experience includes Salesforce front and back end development, as well as integrations using PHP. Mimi’s hobbies include reading, knitting, hip-hop, step, and jazz dance, cooking, hiking, and exploring new cities. (Photo coming soon.)
