#1 - Exceed Expectations

We make every interaction with NimbleUser special - one that will make an emotional impact on our customers, partners, team members and even competitors.

We elevate everyday interactions to a new level that will cause the receiver to realize that NimbleUser is different at all levels; our service, our products and our approach.

#2 - Empower Customers

Associations have the power to transform society for the better. Our passion is to provide products and services to associations that enable them to fulfill their incredibly important mission at the highest level possible.

  • The user experience is at the forefront of all of our products.  We build software that is a pleasure to use.
  • We do regular feedback sessions with clients asking how our products can better serve their needs.
  • We constantly think ahead to understand where associations need to be down the road.
  • We test our products with a vengeance.

#3 - Practice Continuous Improvement

Technology is constantly changing and we believe this change represents opportunity.

To avoid or fear change is pointless (it will happen whether we want it to or not) and dangerous. Our future depends on our ability to use change to our advantage, not on our ability to use it as an excuse.

By embracing and driving change we are in the best position to shape and mold it to our customer’s advantage.  The status quo is never acceptable in our products, people, or processes. We believe there is not a single thing that cannot be improved. “That’s the way we’ve always done it” doesn’t fly here.

#4 - Be Humble

What we do is important to us, our customers, our partners and our community.  However, it's a vast universe out there, and we're just doing our best to to make a dent (hopefully a big one) and to enjoy the ride along the way.  

Our success is the result of a combined effort of our team, our customers, our partners and our community; all equally important.  

  • We share responsibility and credit and we try to treat others as we wish to be treated.
  • We admit when we make mistakes, we learn from our mistakes.
  • We treat others with respect regardless of the situation.

#5 - Think Long Term

Our current and future success is dependent on big picture / long term thinking.  Our R&D investments and customer service initiatives are costly and will negatively affect short term profits but in the long term will help us to have the best products and happiest customers.
We never sacrifice long-term value for short-term results.

#6 - Enjoy the ride

Having fun at work is essential to our well-being. It balances out all the hard work and allows us to collaborate on a higher level, fostering real relationships. It helps us to relax, reflect on a job well done and it makes us happy.
