In the past few months a few friendly faces have been added to the NimbleUser family. We are pleased to welcome Craig Ceremuga, Web Developer, Dominic Rossi, Technical Support Analyst, and Ted Husted, Business Analyst.

As a web developer, Craig does a lot of work around developing the user interfaces for projects. This includes the various aspects of the website that the user sees such as the main menu, log-in page, event registration etc. He feels that working at NimbleUser has been a “nice and collaborative experience and everyone is helpful”. Craig has a Bachelor degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and has prior web development experience. He is a radio DJ for 89.7 WITR FM and he is also in an Experimental/Electronic band called Exit Abacus.
Dominic Rossi joined NimbleUser as a Technical Support Analyst where, among other things, he assists existing clients with a variety of technology issues from making modifications to their website to troubleshooting various issues. Dom has 4 years prior experience with support, 5+ years experience with the web and a Bachelor degree in Information Technology from RIT. When asked how his experience at NimbleUser has been he said “the environment is better than any place I’ve been”. A few interesting facts about Dom are he has a black belt in Taekwondo and he enjoys live concerts so much that he attends approximately 40 shows each year.
Last but not least, we would like to welcome Ted Husted, Business Analyst. He identifies the needs of our clients and develops requirements to meet those needs within the proper scope. He has enjoyed his experience at NimbleUser thus far and stated “In the past, I may have worked with people as good, but, today, I can’t name a better team than the NimbleUser Clan.”
Aside from being a business analyst, Ted is a member of the Apache Software Foundation which provides support for the Apache community of open-source software projects, a senior member of the Apache Struts project, and co-founder of the Apache (Jakarta) Commons. He is also an author and his books include JUnit in Action, Struts in Action, and Professional JSP Site Design.
Ted, Craig and Dom each bring something unique to our organization and we are very delighted to have them on our team. Welcome aboard!
