NimbleUser has been doing a number of implementations in a new way - we call it the 'Nimble Implementation' . At a high level a Nimble Implementation is a methodology for completing a technology implementation project at a much quicker pace and in many cases, a much lower cost with extremely satisfied clients.

The reason NimbleUser invented an offering called Nimble Implementation is because we saw a need to help our clients make more timely decisions during projects and get results more quickly. Let's face it, that is a win win scenario!

One of the biggest problems we have to overcome during a traditional implementation is getting feedback from our clients in a timely manner. Our clients are busy already. Then they get a big project that lands on their desk. At first, many think, "oh great I will just give this over to NimbleUser. We have the budget, we are ready to have this done." But once they get into the process, the harsh realization comes in that they have a big part to play on the project. After all, we are excellent at technology implementation, but not so great at mind reading.

Here is how it works:
NimbleUser provides its Collaboration Room with your key decision makers at key points during the project like Orientation, Discovery, Beta Site Review, QA and Training. Many times multiple steps can be covered in a few days at our site. The great benefit is that you is that you are not getting distracted by the rest of your co-workers, a ringing phone, prepping for meetings, etc. On our side, we have the Project Manager, coordinators and developers in the room with your team - Nimble face to face communication with both teams. And, we feed you great food, provide you suggestions to fill your evenings, and our office is conveniently located right in walking distance from your hotel . Our location is great-right down from a beautiful mall , many eateries and the historic town of Pittsford  / Bushnells Basin  and the fine city of Rochester. It is all right here in upstate New York.

In the end you get your implementation done more quickly and less stressfully than with many other more traditional methods and you get to work with our great team of experts, all of them at your disposal.
