How long will it take?

  • For cases with a 'Normal' priority you can expect a support representative to contact you within 4 business hours and the case to be resolved in 2 business days.
  • For cases with an 'Urgent' priority you can expect a support representative to contact you within 2 business hours and for the case to be resolved within 1 business day
  • For cases with an 'Immediate Response Requested' priority you can expect a support representative for contact you immediately 24/7 (note all NU support reps and the support manager will be paged) and resolution within one business day. Please note that this priority is reserved for the most critical issues (I.e. website down, system down, etc).
