Where we started, what we value, and who we are
When NimbleUser served its first association in 1992, the idea was simple: help associations use technology to achieve their mission. We started working with the best association technology available, bringing associations onto the internet for the first time. It was great.
Fast forward to 2008, association technology hadn’t changed, leaving the industry wanting something truly innovative. We believed associations should be at the forefront of innovation, interacting with members in new ways, so our team started dreaming up a better solution.
We teamed up with Salesforce, who shares our value of innovation, customer focus, and giving back; launching Nimble AMS in 2012. We've been in the cloud ever since, creating the tools associations use to enrich their member community and accomplish their vision.
Nimble AMS™ is now part of Community Brands, the leading provider of cloud-based software to associations, nonprofits, faith-based groups, and K-12 schools. Organizations adopt Community Brands solutions to manage memberships, career centers, learning, accounting, fundraising, donations, admissions, enrollment and events.
We make every interaction with NimbleUser special - one that makes an emotional impact on our customers, partners, team members, and even competitors.
We elevate everyday interactions to a new level that causes the receiver to realize that NimbleUser is different at all levels: our service, our products and our approach.
Associations have the power to transform society for the better. Our passion is to provide products and services to associations that enable them to fulfill their incredibly important mission at the highest level possible.
Technology is constantly changing and we believe this change represents opportunity.
To avoid or fear change is pointless (it will happen whether we want it to or not) and dangerous. Our future depends on our ability to use change to our advantage, not on our ability to use it as an excuse.
By embracing and driving change we are in the best position to shape and mold it to our customer’s advantage. The status quo is never acceptable in our products, team, or processes. We believe there is not a single thing that cannot be improved. “That’s the way we’ve always done it” doesn’t fly here.
What we do is important to us, our customers, our partners and our community. However, it's a vast universe out there, and we're just doing our best to make a dent (hopefully a big one) and to enjoy the ride along the way.
Our success is the result of a combined effort of our team, our customers, our partners, and our community; all equally important.
Think Long Term
Our current and future success is dependent on big picture / long term thinking. Our research and development investments and customer service initiatives are costly and will negatively affect short term profits but in the long term will help us to have the best products and happiest customers.
We never sacrifice long-term value for short-term results.
