Consultants help to define business and functional requirements, work to configure basic or standard product features, build-out custom declarative functionality, and help to educate and train clients.
The Technical Support Representative provides exceptional technical support to NimbleUser clients. This position requires the use of judgment by analyzing cases and determining proper courses of action. Technical Support Representatives escalate complex problems to appropriate staff members or departments. They help customers identify and resolve problems with products by phone, through email, or in person.
The Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for aligning the client's needs for their new system with customized technical solutions that ensure the solution will have a solid foundation and a well thought through architecture.
